Going Home

Below are some of the pictures I took while everyone was here to pick up their pups, plus formal portraits of each puppy person with their new baby. It was extra special to be able to get pictures with three generations--the puppies, mother Dixie, and grandmother Cricket.

"Windy" Bishop

Blue Boy - "Carson"
Coppertop Comstock Lode

Our little miracle boy went to Libby and Gary Tiedeman of Corvallis, Oregon. Carson lives with another Golden Retriever named Baker, three Border Collies and a Siamese cat. Carson will be Libby's obedience partner, and she may venture into agility with him as well.

Pink Girl - "Reba"
Coppertop She's So Fine

Reba lives with Marge Bishop in Aumsville, Oregon. She shares her new home with Goldens Kady and Windy, and Bishop the cat. That's Windy pictured below right with her new sister. Marge plans to compete in obedience with Reba.

Green Girl - "Ivy"
Coppertop Hollywood 'N Vine

Ivy went home with Linda and Bob McAuley to Omaha, Nebraska. She will share her new home with Goldens Digit and Andy, Chip the Papillon, and the McAuley family cat. Linda and Ivy are looking forward to doing obedience with a little field work on the side.

Purple Boy - "Kirk"
Coppertop's Captain Kirk

Kirk had a 14-hour adventure to journey home with new mom, Ann Lynn, to live in Ithaca, New York. He shares the house with Ann's husband, Mike, son James, daughter Teresa, Riker the Golden and Katie the Gordon Setter. Oh, and Willow and Amy the Gerbils <g>. Kirk will be doing obedience, field and possibly a little conformation showing as well.
